NON-THREATENING DENVER FIREARMS CLASSES TAUGHT BY POLICE OFFICERS
Welcome to Ragnar Tactical, the premier Denver firearms training academy. We are locally owned and operated, and all of our instructors are current or retired police officers and military personnel. Our firearms courses cover everything from the basics of owning and operating a weapon to advanced tactics and techniques employed by the military and law enforcement. When you come to learn with us, you’ll receive the highest-level education on firearm use and safety, in a welcoming environment.
We’ve proudly taught and trained over 5,000 individuals, and we look forward to working with you. Our Denver firearms classes are open to anyone that wants to learn proper gun techniques, from absolute beginners to advanced shooters.
OUR CLASSES
BASIC PISTOL
& PERMIT
Ideal for revolvers and any semi-automatic pistols, this is the perfect course to learn handgun basics. These are some of the comprehensive Denver firearms training classes out there.
ADVANCED
CLASSES
Take your tactical skills to the next level, with our advanced pistol and steel shooting classes. We cover material from the basic handgun course, plus many advanced techniques.
RIFLE & CARBINE CLASSES
Take our Precision Rifle class to hone your long-range shooting skills (up to 500 yards) or enroll in our Urban Rifle class to master your semi-automatic carbine.
ACTIVE SHOOTER RESPONSE
Our Denver self defense classes are geared towards the armed citizen. We include weapon retention and disarms, and scenario training such as how to draw your weapon while under attack.
SELF DEFENSE CLASSES
Our self-defense classes include escapes, both from standing and ground, along with realistic striking techniques.

Our Denver firearms training classes meet the requirements for the Colorado Concealed Weapons (CCW) permit.

LOCATED LESS THAN AN HOUR FROM DENVER
Our classes are held near Bennett, Colorado – a 20 minute drive from I-70 and I-225, 40 minutes from Parker or downtown Denver.
