WHAT WE OFFER

NON-THREATENING COMMERCE CITY FIREARMS CLASSES TAUGHT BY POLICE AND MILITARY PROFESSIONALS

When you need gun classes and firearms training in Commerce City or the surrounding areas, Ragnar Tactical offers comprehensive instruction in a nonthreatening environment. Our instructors come from military and law enforcement backgrounds, and even include former police academy instructors. In our classes, we turn our experience into your expertise.

We offer a variety of firearms, and concealed carry classes to Commerce City residents. Our basic pistol and permit class is more than a beginner’s course. Starting with firearms safety and then moving on with instruction about how to use, maintain, and store your weapon, our course fulfills the requirements for the Colorado concealed carry permit. Our advanced classes include advanced shooting techniques for rifles and carbines. Most importantly, every one of our classes includes comprehensive, hands-on shooting and training.

OUR CLASSES

BASIC PISTOL
& PERMIT

Our basic pistol and permit class is more than just your standard handgun class. In addition to basic firearms skills, we offer an in-depth training program that emphasizes hands-on experience shooting at our own firing range. Graduates of our basic course can use the completion certificate to apply for a Colorado concealed carry permit.

ADVANCED
CLASSES

Beyond basic use and instruction with a pistol, we offer several advanced courses as well. Our advanced pistol classes will teach you how to move beyond the basic course. We’ll show you advanced techniques such as one handed manipulations and shooting on the move. Our steel shooting seminar is an advanced course with stationary and reactive steel targets. We also offer a course on shooting in low-light situations.

RIFLE & CARBINE CLASSES

For students with semi-auto carbines and rifles, we offer courses on how to use these weapons in numerous self-defense situations. Our precision rifle course teaches students the techniques needed to shoot accurately up to 400 yards.

ACTIVE SHOOTER RESPONSE

Like fire drills prepare you for what to do in the event of a fire, our active shooter response classes prepare you for what to do in the event of an active shooter situation beyond locking the doors and turning off the lights. We offer training in both armed and unarmed responses.

SELF DEFENSE CLASSES

Our self-defense classes are taught for the real world, including realistic striking techniques and escape maneuvers.
